James’ mission at LOGICFORCE is to lead an experienced team of Senior Consultants as they support and advise clients to increase profit per partner, streamline processes and position their technology ecosystems on the cutting edge.
For nearly 20 years, James has worked with law firms and corporate legal departments, helping them optimize their technology spend, improve efficiencies and increase market share and profits. He provides insights into best practices for Cyber Security, eDiscovery, IT Optimization, Document Review and Digital Forensics. He also has expertise in the time tracking, billing/accounting systems, case and matter management, document management, Cloud & SaaS-based systems and various other legal technologies.
James has worked with law firms, corporate legal departments and corporations of all shapes and sizes for almost 20 years. He regularly attends most major legal conferences and is a frequent speaker at ILTA events.
James has two favorite types of projects. Lately, his favorite projects have been those where a client outsources their entire IT operation to LOGICFORCE. James enjoys these because he has seen first-hand the benefits the law firm receives and how clients speak highly of the performance improvements. He also finds the field of Forensics to be very interesting, especially when LOGICFORCE is involved in projects that lead to the conviction of criminals.
James has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Minors in Marketing & Management from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA.
James has been blessed with a great family and he spends all the time he can with them. When he’s not chasing his young kids or rocking his newborn, he likes to play golf and the piano. He also likes to cook and he entertains a lot. He served as the Chairman for American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life” for several years and is currently helping launch a new church.
