Company News: LOGICFORCE Announces Key Leadership Changes, Including Appointment of New CEO and Chief Operating Officer

Nashville, Tenn. — June 11, 2019LOGICFORCE, a Nashville-based legal IT consultancy, today announced key changes in top leadership, including the appointment of Gulam Zade to CEO and Bret Babcock to COO.

Beginning June 11, 2019, Zade will serve as LOGICFORCE’s CEO. He joined the company in 2014 and previously served as general counsel. In his prior role, Zade oversaw the company’s sales and human resources functions and provided operational, legal and regulatory counsel to the executive team. As CEO, he will focus on the overall long-term strategic direction and continued growth of the business. 

Bret Babcock, who previously served as the company’s CFO, will retain the CFO title and assume expanded responsibilities to also become the company’s COO effective on June 11, 2019. Since joining LOGICFORCE in 2015, he has driven value for all of the business’s stakeholders and provided insightful financial and operational solutions that have measurably enhanced the company’s growth.
