Prior to partnering with LOGICFORCE, how did your firm approach its IT services? Was IT handled in house?

Prior to LOGICFORCE, our firm handled its own software subscriptions and procurement in-house.  We outsourced IT troubleshooting and support while maintaining our on-premise server network and computer hardware.

How has your partnership with LOGICFORCE helped you navigate operational changes as a result of the coronavirus?

We were fortunate to have engaged LOGICFORCE to help us migrate to a cloud-based platform and update all computer hardware and requisite software prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Even before the virus became an issue, we recognized the value and utility of being able to allow our attorneys and staff to access our network remotely, when necessary, and to standardize and upgrade our firm-wide hardware and software.  As a result of our partnership with LOGICFORCE, our firm was able to seamlessly transition, to the degree necessary, to a work-from-home model. Had we not partnered with LOGICFORCE prior to the pandemic, we would have faced a much more challenging situation.

If another firm was on the fence about engaging an outsourced IT provider, what would you tell them?
