About Gulam Zade

Gulam Zade is the CEO of LOGICFORCE, a legal IT consultancy serving law firms across the country. He is responsible for managing and developing the LOGICFORCE team and driving the firm’s corporate culture with a focus on client and employee engagement, while consistently overachieving growth and operational objectives. Prior to joining LOGICFORCE, Gulam worked in private practice in Nashville. He has experience with restructuring, corporate insolvency, and bankruptcy and has represented bankruptcy trustees and receivers in both state and federal courts. He has also represented corporate entities and individuals in out of court workouts. 

He is an active member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations as well as the Association of Corporate Counsel. He is currently the President of Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He has served multiple terms as the chair of the NBA Bankruptcy Court Committee. He was a member of the inaugural class of the Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum and currently serves as the Forum’s co-chair.

In addition to the NBA, he serves on the advisory board for the Association of Corporate Counsel annual meeting, Vice-Chair of the National Small Law Department Network and Treasurer of the Tennessee Chapter of the ACC. He is on the board of directors and the President of the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute, which conducts an advanced two-day CLE seminar on commercial and bankruptcy law. He also chairs the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Young Professionals Board.

Gulam was named a 2020 Fellow by the American Bar Foundation, which recognizes those who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and welfare of their communities. Membership in the Fellows is limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. He is a recent recipient of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Nashville Emerging Leader Awards (NELA), the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, a multi-year winner of the publication’s Best of the Bar Award and was named one of Nashville's Top 30 Under 30 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Middle Tennessee Chapter.
